Weight cut assistance

In person weight-cut assistance performed as safely and effectively as possible. Monitoring temperature, sweat rate, heart rate and blood pressure to keep you relaxed and safe.

Reload drinks will also be prepared and administered at the correct timings to ensure optimal rehydration / refueling.

This may be completed in the bath/wraps/sauna/sauna blanket/gym.

Note - This is only an option if you have a day before weigh-in and we are not already booked for that fight date.

REBOUND Diet PACKAGE

If you are a fighter that blows up in weight after every fight and are constantly struggling to make weight, the reverse program is designed specifically for you.

Reverse dieting is a technique to minimise fat gain, while increasing your metabolic rate after a period of dieting. We do this by increasing calories incrementally after your fight. This results in gaining very little fat mass after your fight while being able to eat a lot of food.

Now you will start your next camp with a higher metabolic rate and at a lower weight so you get more food during your camp to perform at your best. If done correctly, you wont ever have to worry about your weight or the scales again as we have created a lower walk around weight, also know as a set point. Remember, your are an athlete, you should be fuelling to perform, not starve to make weight.
